Tool/software:

I have a pulsed signal with on-time >1µs and would like to know if there is a way to use a 555 to change this signal to a fixed on-time of 1µs as shown in the picture above? Thank you very much.

Feng,

For 1us, input trigger high, input may be longer than output, and high output, I suggest SN74LVC1G123 (low voltage) or CD4047B (high voltage).

Note: NE555 is too slow for 1us, needs help for input longer than output and wants a low starting input.
