UC2525A: Datasheet discrepancy for setting oscillator frequency

Tool/software:

For setting the oscillator frequency of this IC a formula is given in the datasheet, but when calculated for the conditions mentioned in the datasheet i.e.  fOSC = 40 kHz (RT = 3.6 kΩ, CT = 0.01 mF, RD = 0) the value comes close to 39.7Hz and not 40kHz.

Please can you check this discrepancy
