LMK03318: No output

Dear team,

I am currently using the LMK03318 and facing an issue where there is no output. 

I have attached the configuration file and Pin connection diagram for the LMK03318.

I am using TICSPro for the register settings. 

The input waveform is LVCMOS at 2.5V using secondary input.

Could you please identify which part of the register settings might be causing the problem? I'm having trouble getting any output...

    Kohona,

    Can you update CH4 to have the below settings, and probe OUT4?

    This will let us know if the device is registering the SECREF input clock.

    Thank you for your reply.
    OUT4 is set to floating, and even when outputting the waveform, I cannot confirm if the waveform is being output.
    With the current settings, I checked the status and found that SECREF is recognized as an input waveform, but the PLL is not locked.

    Kohona,

    Can you place an oscilloscope probe at the device pins to measure this? If you set all of OUT4/5/6/7 to be sourced from SECREF, probing any of these pins should result in a clock if SECREF is properly supplied.

    There should be a small amount of solder on the package edges when soldering the part down, allowing for probing at the device pins.

    This matter has been resolved. It appears that the system wasn't working properly because we hadn't configured R12. The solution was to:
    1. Write 00h to R12 before writing the register settings calculated by TICSPRO
    2. Finally, write 59h followed by D9h to R12 in sequence
