In our schematic, we are using the LMK01010 clock buffer. According to the datasheet, the single-ended input requirement is sinewave, but in our schematic, we have used an LVCMOS input instead.
I have attached the schematic for your reference. Please review it and provide the VIH and VIL values for the LVCMOS I/O standard at the input.
