Hello,
CDCE913 has pin 4 VCTRL. However, there is few information in the document about its functionality. In fact, a search of "VCTRL" in the datasheet returns only 3 items.
What's the function of this pin? Can it be disconnected?

Hello Tim,
The CDCE913, and all other members of this clock generator family, can be used as a "voltage controlled oscillator". This allows to pull the output frequency to a desired frequency value, which can be used for synchronization.
More information can be found in this application report: http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/scaa085
If this functionality is not used within your design, you can leave this pin floating or pull up with ~5k to VDD.
Best regards,
Julian
