Jeff,

The capacitors for OUT0_P and OUT0_N should not be present.

For best performance, I recommend isolating VDD and VDDO_x using ferrite beads.

I typically recommend using a 1k resistor to connect REF_CTRL to GND rather than directly shorting to GND as a best practice.

The 85-Ohm LP-HCSL is only for OTP mode, in I2C mode the output format is 100MHz LP-HCSL for the V33/V18 configurations regardless of the Pin 2 state.

Ensure that pull-up resistors are present for the I2C connections.
