Am I correct in understanding that TLC2933AIPWR and TLC2933IPW are drop in package? I found the datasheet for TLC2933, but the package size was not listed.

Hi,

TLC2933IPW is obsolete. TLC2933AIPW is a newer silicon replacing TLC2933IPW so they are the same package.
