Currently, customer meet a stable frequency issue. When I check this device, I found below formula to calculate frequency, could you please help me double check it? I cannot get the right Fmax value which shown in the datasheet. Thanks in advance.

That formula is for a perfect timer. The timer appears perfect when used at 0.1% of maximum frequency or less. For example 1.2kHz.
This complex formula accounts for propagation delay which extends the timing ramp amplitude.
What frequency and duty cycle do you need? How accurate must it be?

So based on the formula you provided and 20.4kHz-21.2kHz, how customer change their circuit simply? Adjust the Ra/Rb or Ct. Thanks.

For [2.7k, 3.9k, 10nF] , I would expect much lower than 20kHz
Are there any oddities in the circuit such as CONT pin driven to a different voltage?
