Hi Ihara-san,

0.2mm is generally +/-25um as it’s dependent on the vendor.

The 0.08mm measurement is the coplanarity measurement, meaning no one point on the Z-plane of the package should be 80um more than another point on the Z-plane of the package. So, 0-80um range.
