CDCE72010: Cannot install driver for CDCE72010.

Hi everyone.

I have bought a CDCE72010 EVM last week and try my best to install the Gui and the software for it.

However, no matter what I do, from editing the .inf files in the driver folder to manually signing them, the driver keeps getting blocked with the message as shown below.

The operating system I use is windows 10 64-bit and the CDCE72010 is from this TI.com source: CDCE72010 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com

Hello Ngo,
I do remember in the past users having issues installing this.
I can't recall what version of Windows this installer was used with. I want to assume Win-10.

Apparently a TICSpro profile was also made due to the driver issue.

If this does not solve your issue the only solution we proposed in the past was using an external SPI driver to write to the device like in Hao's reply.

yes. i have met your support for this user before and tried your latest Gui you provided
But it also didn't work

Did you import the device profile?

Hao has instructions.

Thank you for your fast response.

I just tried to follow Hao's instructions, but it seems like it only changes the user interface software. The driver for my CDC72010 still isn’t installed properly, which causes the computer to be unable to recognize the module.
