Dear Team,
In our schematic, we're using the LMX2594, with RFOUTA connected to the FPGA PLL reference input. We plan to use RFOUTB for monitoring purposes. My question is: without any pull-up resistors on the output, will the clock still be generated? I understand that a lower power level is acceptable, but I want to ensure that the absence of pull-ups does not prevent the clock signal from being generated.
