Thanks for your information, do we have Frequency Divider devices which can cover DC to 8GHz frequency range and Divider values of 4. We want to replace ADI device (HMC433).

Only the RF buffers reach that frequency, but the divided output frequency minimum is usually 150MHz. 
There are restrictions on the input frequency range depending on the divider value as well. 
If customer does not need very low frequencies - which I would assume is the case, I rarely see the need to use an RF buffer with larger dividers implemented to get low frequency outputs. What is the customer application/block diagram?
