Hi there, I am using your LMC555CMX/NOPB to simply make an LED breathing.
This is the schematic
I am feeding it at 3V, but the system is not trigering
Any thought ?
Thank you in advance.

Hello Nasib,
3V is too low voltage to light LED. If it is working at all, pins [2,6] should vary between 1V and 2V
that is what i am seeing. I also tried to feed the leds directly from the trig pin by removing the transistor and increasing the R101 to 16ohm to avoid the 0.7VBE. But in that case i can not see any generated signal. Do you figure out any way to use this system from a 3V rail ?
Nasib,
For 3V supply and entirely new circuit would be suggested. I suggest PWM to set LED intensity. This will work better and be more power efficient.
