LMX2572EVM: USB Issue

Hello? I am james jang from Korea who purchased LMX2572EVM and is developing. Until recently, LMX2572EVM was communicating smoothly with PC, but from today, PC does not recognize it as a USB device.
I think MCU's USB IO is broken. If I replace MCU, can I rewrite F/W?
I would like to ask you how to solve it.
1. I uninstalled and reinstalled TICS Pro on PC, but the symptoms are the same.
2. I tried to install TICS Pro on a new PC and recognized it, but it did not work.
Please give me your appropriate solution.

    Hi James,

    I think you are talking about the Reference PRO board. 

    After plugging in the USB cable, what is the status of the LED D3? Is it blanking? Can the PC recognize a USB device?

    After open TICS Pro, did you get green light in the bottom of TICS Pro?

    below is part of the schematic of the Reference PRO board, can you confirm you get 5V from VBUS and 3.3V from pin 1 of U1?
