Hi, I'm trying to get more information on TI part number CDC337DW. On the datasheet it outlines that the CDC337DW is characterized for operation from -40C to +85C. Do you have information on the junction temperature for this part number?
I'm also interested to find a similar/same part that operates up to +125C. If you have any alternatives you can recommend that would be greatly appreciated.
