My customer is using 8A34002E-000NLG8 for their design now.

May I know whether LMK05318B can replace Renesas?

And do we have solution for replace ICS83PN156DKILFT?

    Hi Roger, 

    For the 8A34002E-000NLG8, LMK05318B should be a competitive alternative. If they need more than 2 inputs to the DPLL then LMK5B33414 could be an option as well.

    Are they planning on using 8A34002E-000NLG8 as a fixed-frequency reference? Or do they need to change the frequency on the fly in their system? Also, do you know if there are any jitter requirements?

    If they need a fixed-frequency reference, LMK6P could be a good fit here. It has better RMS jitter in the 12kHz-20MHz integration range and is available in smaller package sizes (3.2mm x 2.5mm and 2.5mm x 2.0mm). If they need to reprogram the frequency in their system, they could consider LMK3H0102 or LMK61E2 which are programmable via I2C.
