TICSPRO-SW: Connection to HPA665-001 says Firmware Update Required but doesn't work

Hi.

I am trying to use the LMX2592EVM with the TICS-PRO via USB2ANY. The problem description is as follows:

1) When I connect the USB2ANY to the pc, it shows up as Unknown Device and is not recognized by TICS-PRO.

2) If I start TICS-PRO and then plug-in the USB2ANY, it gives me a message saying firmware needs to be upgraded to 2.9.1.2 (see attached screenshot) but doesn't require an internet connection!

3) When I click OK, the window changes to Firmware Loader but the info is incomplete. However, at this point the pc has detected it as a MSP-430 Based HID Device

4) I tried using a clip to reset the BSL button and also holding it down while connecting it but nothing seems to work.
