LMK01010: Are all output channels functionally equivalent?

I'm going to use the LMK01010I. I think these output channels are functionally equivalent.

Is it correct?

Low Clock Buffers and High Clock Buffers is shown in functional block diagram of LMK01010I datasheet.

What is the diffrence between these buffers?
