I have two 74HC192 Decade counters to count BCD values down. One Display is the "one's place" and the other is the "tenth's place" in decimal values for the digital displays. I believe my logic can make the countdown work properly and stop when both values hit 00. The problem is I'm having a problem with my Load value. I've test it on my circuit and even on Multisim (picture below) and it will not load any values to my digital display. If anyone could provide any help here it would be great. Thank you in adavance.
