Thanks for you response, i wanted to use this, but i have seen in datasheet like its an clock buffer, but i wanted to use for SPI as a buffer and what is the maximum data rate it can support?

Hello Prathibha,
You're correct - it is in fact a clock buffer.
Max input frequency is 250MHz.

Hi Prathibha,

You may use this clock buffer for TMS, TCK, and TDI signals. My recommendation would be the same as Vicente's - the LMK1C asynchronous (https://www.ti.com/product/LMK1C1104A).
