Could you kindly confirm whether this part is classified as EAR99?

Hi Ishii-san,

ECCN is blocked because there is an on-going investigation on this device for sales/delivery to other country.

There is no concern with shipping this device to Japan.

Is it correct that LMX2694SRTCTSEP is not subject to export license requirements?
I’m asking because I need to notify the customer whether this item requires an export license.
Additionally, will ECCN be assigned to this item after the investigation?

Yes, it used to be EAR99, just like other -SEP devices.

I cannot answer the last question, this is something the trade compliance team is working on.
