CDCE913: No output

Hi TI team，

When a 24MHz clock is input through Pin1 of CDCE913, there is no clock output from Pin11 in the default mode. According to the description in 7.3.2 of the CDCE913 specification, the default should be Bypass output. Please help check this. Thanks!

It depends on S0 input: S0 must be high to enable Y1 output. With S0 = low Y1 is 3-state in default setting.

We use it this way: 20 MHz crystal on Xin/Xout, Y1 outputs 20 MHz after power up.
