Tool/software:
I am using the TPL5010 in a new design the wake drives an interrupt in the CPU and the CPU responds with DONE. For some reason the wake pulse does not seem to be happening. Every 90 minutes as set by the timing resistor the system resets, as it should. When I attached a cro probe to the wake pin I see the wake pulse and I can see the done response and the system works. If I remove the cro the system does not work. what is the output drive circuit from the TPL5010? I tried a pull down resistor on the cpu input pin, no improvement. Any suggestions appreciated.
