CDCE913:No Acknowledgment Response from CDCE Device over I2C

I'm trying to control a CDCE device via I2C from the main MCU, but I'm not receiving an acknowledgment (ACK) for the slave address.
I've tested two devices sourced from different suppliers. One responds with an ACK, while the other does not.

The sources are as follows:
- Procured from Chip One Stop (Japan): ACK is returned
- Procured from the TI website (China): No ACK is returned

The devices appear to have different lot numbers.
Do you have any information regarding possible version differences or changes in the CDCE device?

Can you share the top markings for each device with us?

Are you using a TI EVM or a custom board? If you're using a custom board please share the schematic with us as well.

Thanks for your reply.

Here are the top markings of the devices:

Procured from Chip One Stop (Japan): ACK is returned.
Marking: 27K G4 ADX3

Procured from the TI website (China): No ACK is returned.
Marking: 21K G4 CE62

We are using a custom board.
Please find the circuit diagram attached.

One more question:
According to the datasheet, the default configuration for the S1 and S2 pins on the CDCE913 is SDA and SCL, respectively.
Is there any possibility that this default setting could have been changed prior to shipment?

Ishizawa-san,

The device from the TI site should not have had any changes made.

I do not see any issue with the attached schematic.

If you pull the VDDOUT supply low, do you have communication with the device?
