LMK6C: Are there any LVCMOS (1.8V) 20MHz output products?

To use LMK6C with the AM5708, LVCMOS (1.8V) is required.

Does a 20MHz product exist?

I received a comment in another post that LMK6C can be used with the AM5708, but unfortunately there is no LVCMOS (1.8V) at 20MHz, so I would like to confirm.

    If you'd like, I can put you in contact with our product marketing team to discuss releasing a 1.8V 20MHz variant of LMK6C. We have also released a 20MHz variant of CDC6C (CDC6CE020000ADLXR) which supports a flexible supply voltage of 1.8V - 3.3V. CDC6C is our latest low-powered LVCMOS oscillator family. Compared to LMK6C it is lower power and available in smaller package sizes. The jitter performance is slightly worse but it should still be able to meet the AM5608 requirements.

    I found out about the 20 MHz CDC6C (CDC6CE020000ADLXR) after posting on the forum.

    I was wondering about one thing.

    The AM5708 frequency accuracy is ±50 ppm because it uses Ethernet RGMII.

    The CDC6C frequency tolerance is ±50 ppm over 10 years, which is within the standard, but I thought there was no margin.

    Is this okay?

    I would like to use it as a basic idea, so I would appreciate any comments.

    The CDC6C frequency accuracy spec has some margin, so in practice it shouldn't get too close to +/-50 ppm. I wouldn't expect there to be any issues with using it for ethernet RGMII.

    I understand that the contents listed in the data sheet are the numerical specifications but in terms of design,

    decisions are made based on the numerical values, and if the values are at the very limit then it is decided that there is no margin.

    I received a comment saying that it should be fine, so I would like to use it.
