    Hi, 

    I don't see any obvious issues in the schematic. Can you explain a bit more about the issue you're seeing? Do you see a clock signal if you probe at the test points? Also, do you measure 3.3V close to the device VCC pin?

    There was no output in the 280 test. The voltage drop between GND and OUTP in the diode characteristic test was around 0.19

    Thanks for sending over the test conditions. Just to confirm if I'm reading this correctly, is the current limit set to 70mA? If so, LMK61E0-155M can draw up to 200mA during normal operation so I would recommend increasing this limit. 

    Have you tested on multiple boards? Do all devices fail, or is it just one?
