Do you have a similar part that rated to 125C for automotive usage? CDCE6214-Q1 is only rated to 105C. Thank you.

My question is can we use the increment/decrement pins to do 0.03ppm (or better) step size from 90MHz to 100MHz output.
Output glitches are not acceptable
I only need one LVDS output.
125C would be nice.
Very small package size is desired.
Wilbur,
Will your application require temperatures up to 125C ambient?
If the junction temperature is below 125C, then the CDCE6214-Q1 can be used. The power consumption of the device is fairly low (~50mA typical for four outputs operating), meaning that, for your application, temperatures above 105C can be achieved (especially when using a 1.8V supply) before hitting 125C junction temperature.
Otherwise, we do not have a device with this functionality that supports 125C ambient temperature.
Thanks,
Kadeem
Kadeem,
I will have one 100MHz LVDS output, so my power dissipation should be on the low side.
Thank you for the feedback.
