LMK3H0102: output clock only 4Mhz

Tool/software:

Hi,

We found the EVM default setting only generate 4MHz output freqeuncy.

And we can't found the OTP marking is with below marking.

PLMK3H
TI 3AI
AOZ3

Is it engineer sample? And default output freqeuncy 4Mhz is normal? thanks!

    - Was this EVM ordered from TI.com? If so, roughly when was the order placed?

    - How was the EVM being powered and at what voltage?

    - Which outputs did you measure? Are all of them showing 4MHz?

    => Yes, Shoud order in Jul.

    => under check with customer

    - Which outputs did you measure? Are all of them showing 4MHz?

    =>> under check with customer

    But do you have idea for the AOZ3 marking?Is it have the same OTP with any other device?

    Jeff,

    The OTP marking doesn't indicate the OTP configuration. I think the most important step here is does the part have I2C access? If the customer can provide a register dump from the device, that would be very helpful.
