Is it possible to have a measurement of the LMK6D RMS jitter (Rj) @40MHz ?

Datasheet gives only RJ from Fout 100MHz to 400MHz

Hi Guillaume,

You can refer to Figure 6-22 in the datasheet, the typical jitter performance for LMK6D at 40MHz is around 350fs. Let me know if this helps.
