We are working on configuring the LMX2594 via SPI and I have a question about the Chip Select (CSB) behavior. We understand the configuration sequence for writing to the registers, but we need clarification on whether it is necessary to toggle the Chip Select line (raise and lower CSB) between each register write, or if it is possible to keep CSB low and send all register configuration data in a single continous transaction.
Could you confirm the correct approach? Any detauks on timing or specific requirements would be greatly appreciated.
