LMK04828: Current driving capacity of Status_LD pins

Hello TI Team, 

We are currently using LMK04828 in our design. As per datasheet numbers, tested current values to be 500uA but these are tested conditions, what is the maximum driving current for these pins. 

The DC150A_AFE7950EVM design uses same LMK part and driving LED through this pin, Can you mention the driving current for this use case? 

We also need to control LED with LMK Status_LD pins.

  • The digital output pins are the same 50Ω driver circuits as what are used in the LVCMOS output formats for OSCout. You can typically source and sink about 30mA before the output compliance begins to limit the total current. You can treat them as nominally-50Ω resistors to VCC or GND for the purposes of controlling an LED.

    The datasheet numbers are only there because no actual characterization of the digital output performance was conducted. The test currents and limit voltages are boilerplate carried over from other datasheets without much thought applied. In practice, the device probably sees those voltages at almost 10x the test current.
