Hi，TI team:
During mass production, one LMX2595 card experienced an abnormal lockup.
Measurements revealed that the CPOUT pin voltage was approximately 2.5V when powered on and unconfigured (a normal voltage for a normal card is approximately 0.35V).
The chip's 3.3V power supply was normal, and the BIAS pin voltage was also normal.
Could the chip be damaged?
