Would you please provide IC marking second line and third line information for us?

And our cusotmer replies there have few different marking type, is it from different ATE side? right? thanks!

Hi Jeft,
Second line are date code info with third line being cavity numbers.

These are internal to TI though.
Are the parts failing or do you see drastic differences in performance between these parts?

Got it, customer just want to know the rule for stock control.
