What's the latch time at power-up mentioned by CLKGEN?

In other words, after VDDO comes up, within what time window will a detected HIGH be treated as the power-up state?"

Jeff,

This pin is sampled and latched after a few hundered us. In general, we recommend having either a pull-up or pull-down to set the state of the pin.
