LMK1D1208I: RHA0040 package

Hello,

I noticed that the datasheet for LMK1D1208I contains two different drawings for the RHA0040 package. These two drawigs have different EGP sizes, RHA0040D has a square 2.9x2.9mm EGP and RHA0040E has a rectangle EGP 2.62x3.52mm. Could you please explain why there are two drawings and how to distinguish which one is suitable for my part number?

I would be grateful if you could tell me which drawing is correct for LMK1D1208IRHAR.

    Hi Marika,

    These two drawings correspond to two different varieties of the RHA0040 package. The only difference lies in the size of the DAP, but the RHA0040D is the correct drawing for this case, as the land pattern for the LMK1D1208I is the RHA0040D package.
