I think you have a typo, but if I understand correctly, then yes, you can generate both 131.578947 MHz and 394.736841 MHz (3x 131.578947M) from PLL2.
If the output can be derived from the same VCO frequency, then you can use the same PLL.
By the way, do you plan to use the DPLL? If so, I see that the XO frequency selected in your config is 25 MHz. We urge customers to use XO frequencies that have a fractional relationship to the VCO of the enabled DPLL. On the LMK05318B, VCO1 is centered at 2500 MHz. There are example frequencies listed in the datasheet. We have validated with XO=48 MHz most commonly to provide a high phase detector frequency which reduces the APLL noise.
