What is the typical data delay when used at 3.3V? Also, the datasheet's switching characteristics state that it is 4.9ns (MAX), but is there actually a 4.9ns variation? It would be helpful if you could answer under conditions when used at 25°C.

Hello,

Please note that the variation across weak/ strong corners is 0.9ns to 4.9ns max for the prop delay when tested across -40C to 125C. Unfortunately, the variation at 25C was not characterized at the time of device creation- if your application requires tighter prop delays, there is the TXV0108-Q1 that specs 1.1ns to 2.3ns: www.ti.com/.../txv0108.pdf
