Is there a delay between the enablement of LMK1C1102 via OE pin and clock output from Yx pins?

I would like to know if there is a delay on other devices;

Yamamoto-san,

There is a 5 clock cycle delay between when the OE pin pulls high and the output responds for the LMK1C1102. The LMK3C has a 7 clock cycle delay. The CDC- parts you mentioned do not have output enable pins.
