CDCE62005: need help provide IC example code

Customer use CDCE62005, but they found it can't work , Could you please help provide workable code for below requirment ?

AUX input 25MHz

Output :

1-250MHZ

2-100MHZ

3-100MHZ

4-250MZ

5-50MHZ

I checked CDCE62005EVM, but it is out of stock. Customer need solve this issue ASAP. Could you please help provide example code to help customer debug ? Thanks.

Customer copy C6657 EVM design, attachment is the CDCE62005 SCH. Please help double check it.

I also use CDCE62005 GUI to generate .hex document . You can refer to below .hex document.

Customer checked SPI signal and use below .hex document, but CDCE62005 still can't work with AUX in setting.

I want to know if IC in default mode, what is the output frequency ?

Please help take a look .Thanks.
