LMX1205: LMX1205 output power vs. temperature

Hi,

Do you have any data or graphs showing the dependence of LMX1205 output power on temperature?

The datasheet does not appear to provide any specifications or curves related to this parameter. However, based on my own measurements, I have observed a reduction in output power as temperature increases.

Hi Rasmus,

Data shown the variation is less than 1dB when frequency is below 11GHz.

Greater than 12GHz, the variation is less than 1.5dB, but looks to me the higher variation could be just a measurement error.
