CDCE913: The PLL does not lock.

Hi team,

Until now, there haven't been any particular issues, but suddenly devices that fail to lock the PLL have started appearing.
Since this phenomenon persists with the device, I believe the device itself is the cause.
I'd like to share the circuit diagram and waveforms, so I'd appreciate it if we could discuss this via private message.
