LMX2572: register sequencing and R0

Hi Team, 

We would like to control the LMX using an FPGA, 

for doing so we would like to know the following, 

1) is there a spesific sequnce that we need to follow when doing the register writes? 

2) do we need to reset the device first via R0 and then do the configurations?

    HI Ohad,

    Datasheet has the suggestions:

    After the initialization programming, there is no programming sequence for any register writes, except that if you are going to change the VCO frequency, the last programmed register must be R0 so as to calibrate the VCO.
