Can you help share what is the function fail you're observing exactly?  

Can you help share the "NVM Program Count" for the below part? You can find this on the EEPROM page in TICSPro tool. This indicates how many times the device has been programmed

Regarding the part numbering, could you provide the definition for the 'T1' suffix? We need to identify any functional or electrical distinctions between the T1 variant and the standard non-T1 version to ensure compatibility.
