LMK04714-Q1: LMK04714 Outputs Not Functioning

I have a new custom board that uses an LMK04714. I am having trouble getting all clock outputs working. I can get clock output 0, 5,7, and 8 working, but the others don’t seem to be outputting. I have attached a TICS Pro file that is aligned with our hardware and our registers are programmed the same way. Can you help determine what configuration might be wrong that would prevent outputs 1, 2, 3, 4, and 9 from outputting? PLL1 and PLL2 are reporting lock so I assume our external reference, VCXO input, and loop filters are ok. LMK04714.tcs

    Hi Oliver,

    Basic configuration is fine, I think your problem could be due to sysref programming is not completed. To use sysref, there are a series of programming sequence to follow.

    Datasheet section 8.3.3.1 has an example.
