LMK01801: LMK01801 - Needed application Circuit Diagram

Nornally I would recommend something like 
Sine to Square wave conversion - utilize LMK1C.

LMK1D1208 can output LVDS output an can accept SE input signal but not 5V high. 

What you can do is load the Sine wave to reduce the swing to be an acceptable level of LMK1D1208 input which VIH_max spec is 3.465V.
