I need PSPICE model for SE555DR.

I need support for SE555DR but it's showing invalid part number under 'TI part number'. Hence, I had to proceed with a different timer lying under the same forum.

Looking forward for your support with SE555DR PSPICE model.

Hello Arya, welcome to the TI e2e forums.

The bipolar 555 timer does not have a spice model.

The CMOS 555 timer does have a model and it can be used; it is pin for pin and functionally the same, but consider that the CMOS timer has lower propagation delays
