Hi Ash,
I am moving this post to the power management team to see if their power sequencers meet your need.
Hi Ash,
Thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately we do not have a sequencer with military grade temperature rating (-55C to 150C). We only have the TPS38700 which functions from -40C to 125C.

In addition, the longest sequence time for this device is 255.5ms.

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your response, I am looking for a Digitally programmable (one time) timer IC that when the start command is initiated, it will count time in miliseconds and when it reaches the certain time, it will trigger a switch, like TPL5100, but I like to be able to program it from 100ms to 3000ms.
The TPL5100 can do from 16 seconds to 1024 seconds, which is too long time for me. The programing can be by setting a register (D0-D9) as an input by puling the inputs Low or High to set the counter compare 12 bit binary number (0-4095) clock cycles with Clock period of 1ms.
Hi Ash,
Thanks for the additional information.
The ACT pin of the TPS38700 controls up/down sequencing and all times are relative to the ACT transition (from LOW to HIGH or HIGH to LOW).

The TPS38700 is a one time programmable (OTP) device which means that the default configuration is burned onto the chip and any further configuration can be done via I2C. However, please note that this device does not have NVM, so any changes made during operation will be reset and the chip will default to its OTP configuration on each power cycle. This device can support up to 12 channels and sequence timing registers can be found in the register map at the addresses shown below:

If your application can accept a maximum sequencing time of 255.5ms and a -40C to 125C temperature range, the TPS38700 sounds like it fits what you are looking for.
Best Regards,
Andrew Li
