LMX2572EVM: Cannot Get Any Signal from Board

Part Number: LMX2572EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMX2572

I have been trying to get the LMX2572EVM working for my clocking application. I cannot seem to generate any useful signal. The default configuration does not show anything on the specturm analyzer and after playing around, I only seem to see 1.54GHz if I set RFoutB to 1500. Anything else and I don't see anything or it just stays at 1.54GHz.

My DC current through VCC is 73mA with OUTA_PD and OUTB_PD unchecked, 54mA with just OUTA_PD checked, and 35mA with both checked.

Here is picture of the 1.54GHz signal.

I have 3.3V supplied to VCC and both OUTP of the reference Pro terminated with 50 Ohms and the RFOUTAM of the LMX2572 terminated with 50 Ohms.

Any help would be appreciated. I am not too familiar with how to operate the device but I figured I should be able to see some signal by now.

p.s. The spectrm analyzer that I am using only goes to 3GHz but I have tried with output frequencies within this range to no avail.
