LMK5B12204: Clock drift after Multiple EEPROM writes.

Hi ,
I wanted to write the register configs to EEPROM i was able to write and boot succesfully .
But after 3 to 4 EEPROM writes the output clock had a constant frequency drift in all its outputs.
I read the NVMCNT it was less than 10. And the APLL1 and APPL2 are not locking.
My input XO is correct.
How to resolve this Issue ?
Can I know Why is this Issue caused.

Hi Pavan,

It's not expected to see a frequency drift after writing the EEPROM several times. Can you try reading back all registers to confirm that it matches your programmed configuration? And could you also send your .tcs configuration file?

Hi Connor ,
I had read the configs back and compared with one working chip and not working. Except the status every thing else is good .
i will attach the files of working and non working chip register dump.
you can also look into it.
