    The link you have provided is for BQ25180 device, not LMX2694.

    Hello Noel,

    Sorry but the issue is related on part#LMX2694EPEVM. The thread I provided was posted by the customer and I am not sure why it was under BQ25180 device. The customer found an issue with USB2ANY which is one of contens from LMX2694EPEVM. I have checked with the customer that even if the customer attempt to verify the remaining components, the operational status can only be confirmed through compatibility testing between the USB2ANY module and the firmware. But, the error occurred from the initial attempt, they are unable to proceed the verification for whole part#LMX2694EPEVM.

    So, I would like to submit a return request to TI for part#LMX2694EPEVM as recommended per TI Expert(Arelis Guerrero). Please advise. Thank you.
